CARE kV 联合CARE Dose 4D技术降低颈部肿大淋巴结CT 扫描的辐射剂量

Application of CARE kV Combined with CARE Dose 4D Technology to Reduce the Radiation Dose in CT Scanning of Enlarged Cervical Lymph Nodes

摘要:

目的 探讨智能最佳管电压扫描(CARE kV)联合自动管电流调节(CARE Dose 4D)技术对降低颈部肿大淋巴结CT扫描辐射剂量的应用价值。方法 70例怀疑颈部淋巴结病变并行颈部CT平扫及增强扫描患者按检查时间顺序随机分为A组和B组,每组35例。A组同时开启CARE Dose 4DCARE kV扫描,B组仅开启CARE Dose 4D扫描。分别比较平扫及动脉期2组图像质量[平均CT值、噪声、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、主观评分]及辐射剂量[容积CT剂量指数(CTDIVOL)、放射剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效辐射剂量(ED)及有效电流(mAs)]。结果 比较AB 2组平扫及动脉期图像质量及CTDIVOL、有效mAs,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05),DLPED有统计学差异(P < 0.05)。与B组比较,AED平扫降低约26.17%,动脉期降低约4.96%。图像质量评分均在4分以上。结论 颈部肿大淋巴结CT扫描时,联合应用CARE kVCARE Dose 4D技术可得到优质图像,并能降低辐射剂量。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the value of intelligent optimal tube voltage scanningCARE kVcombined with automatic tube current modulationCARE Dose 4Dtechnology in reducing radiation dose in CT scanning of cervical lymph nodes. Methods A total of 70 patients suspected of cervical lymph node lesions were divided into A group and B group according to CT scan time sequence with 35 cases in each group. A group patients received CARE Dose 4D and CARE kV at the same timeand the group B patients only received the CARE Dose 4D scanning. The plain and arterial phase image qualityaverage CT valuenoiseSNRCNR and subjective ratingsand radiation doseCTDI volDLPED and effective mAsof the two groups were compared. Results The image qualityaverage CT valuenoiseSNRCNRsubjective scoreand CTDI voleffective mAs of two group A and B showed no significant differenceP < 0.05),but DLPED showed significant differencesP < 0.05. Compared with group BED scan of group A was reduced about 26.17%the arterial phase was reduced about 4.96%and the image quality scores were more than 4 points. Conclusion The combined use of CARE kV and CARE Dose 4D technology can provide high quality imageand reduce the radiation dose in CT scanning of cervical enlargement lymph nodes.
