半导体激光联合短波紫外线治疗带状疱疹的效果观察

Efficacy of Using a Semiconductor Laser Combined with Short-wave Ultraviolet Rays to Treat Herpes Zoster

摘要: 目的 观察半导体激光联合短波紫外线治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法 将我院收治的 42 例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各 21 例。对照组患者予以皮肤科常规药物及短波紫外线治疗;观察组患者在常规药物治疗基础上,予以半导 体激光联合短波紫外线治疗。治疗 7 d 后,观察 2 组患者的治疗有效率、止痛时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间及疼痛程度评分(VAS) 结果。结果 治疗 7 d 后,对照组有效率为 80.95%,观察组有效率为 95.24%。与对照组相比,观察组止痛时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间均明显缩短(P < 0.05)。VAS 评分结果显示治疗后观察组 VAS 分值明显低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 半导体激光联合短波紫外线治疗带状疱疹可更有效地促进疱疹愈合,缓解神经痛,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy of using a semiconductor laser combined with short-wave ultraviolet rays(UV)to treat patients with herpes zoster. Methods Forty-two patients with herpes zoster in the Department of Dermatology of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 21 patients per group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional dermatology drugs and short-wave UV,whereas patients in the observation group were treated with conventional dermatology drugs and a semiconductor laser combined with short-wave UV. Results After treatment for 7 days,the efficacy rate in the control group was 80.95%,whereas that in the observation group was 95.24%. The analgesia time,scab time,and scab removal time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The results of the pain assessment(visual analog scale )showed that the score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Therapy involving a semiconductor laser combined with short-wave UV for patients with herpes zoster can be more effective than therapy with only a short-wave UV laser in promoting herpes healing,relieving neuralgia,and improving quality of life.
