神经节苷脂GD3和CD3+T淋巴细胞在胃癌中的表达及相关性研究

Correlation between Ganglioside GD3 and CD3+ T Lymphocyte Expression in Gastric Cancer

摘要: 目的 研究神经节苷脂GD3和CD3+T淋巴细胞在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达及两者间的相关性。方法 收集2010年6月至2014年6月锦州医科大学附属第一医院普外科胃切除术胃癌及癌旁组织标本38例,应用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌及癌旁组织中神经节苷脂GD3和CD3+T淋巴细胞的表达,并统计分析其相关性。结果 在胃癌与癌旁组织中神经节苷脂GD3阳性表达率分别为81.58%和28.95%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01),CD3+T淋巴细胞表达率分别为23.68%和78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);应用Spearman秩相关性分析得出,神经节苷脂GD3与CD3+T淋巴细胞的表达在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中均呈负相关(r=-0.744,P <0.01;r=-0.678,P < 0.01)。结论 神经节苷脂GD3在胃癌组织中高表达,与CD3+T淋巴细胞的表达呈负相关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of ganglioside GD3 and CD3+ T lymphocytes in gastric cancer and para-carcinoma tissues and to analyze their correlation.Methods Tissue samples were collected from 38 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer or para-carcinoma by gastrectomy at the Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,between June 2010 and June 2014 and preserved by the Pathology Department. The expressions of ganglioside GD3 and CD3+ T lymphocytes in the gastric carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissue were examined by immunohistochemistry,and the correlations were statistically analyzed.Results Ganglioside GD3 expression was significantly different(P < 0.01) between the gastric cancer(81.58%) and para-carcinoma(28.95%) samples. CD3+ T lymphocyte expression was also significantly different(P < 0.01) between the gastric cancer(23.65%) and para-carcinoma(78.95%) samples. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expressions of ganglioside GD3 and CD3+ T lymphocytes were negatively correlated in both the gastric cancer tissues(r=-0.744,P < 0.01) and para-carcinoma tissues(r=-0.678,P < 0.01).Conclusion Ganglioside GD3 is overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues. Its expression negatively correlates with that of CD3+ T lymphocytes and may serve as a new marker for gastric cancer diagnosis and as a potential target for antitumor immunotherapy in gastric cancer.
