不同年龄发病的重性抑郁障碍患者髓鞘相关糖蛋白表达水平的差异

Differences in Myelin Associated Glycoprotein in Patients with Different Age of Onset for Major Depressive Disorder

摘要: 目的 探讨不同年龄发病的重性抑郁障碍患者血浆髓鞘相关糖蛋白(MAG)水平的差异,以揭示其不同的病理生理机制。方法 对93例首次发作、未用药的重性抑郁障碍患者(13~25岁57例,26~45岁36例)和87例正常对照者(13~25岁48例,26~45岁39例)的血浆MAG水平进行分析,对4组研究对象血浆MAG水平的差异进行比较。结果 重性抑郁障碍患者的血浆MAG浓度[(465.95±66.77) pg/mL]显著高于正常对照者[(297.08±81.40) pg/mL](P<0.05),重性抑郁障碍患者中年龄较小组[(487.14±70.01) pg/mL]和年龄较大组[(432.39±44.57) pg/mL]的血浆MAG浓度均高于正常对照者中相应的年龄组[(280.11±67.76) pg/mL,(317.97±92.22) pg/mL](P<0.05)。正常对照者中年龄较小组MAG浓度低于年龄较大组(P<0.05),而重性抑郁障碍患者中年龄较小组MAG浓度高于年龄较大组(P<0.05),2组呈相反变化趋势。结论 异常的MAG水平可能是影响重性抑郁障碍患者发病的重要因素,且在不同年龄段呈现不同的病理生理机制。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the differences in myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) in patients with different onset age for major depressive disorder (MDD). Methods We compared MAG concentration between 93 medication-na ve MDD patients,including 57 younger people(13-25 years old) and 36 older people(26-45 years old),and 87 healthy controls(HCs),including 48 younger people and 39 older people. Results Across all patients,MDD patients had a significantly higher concentration of MAG in their plasma(465.95±66.77 pg/mL) than HCs did (297.08±81.40 pg/mL) (P<0.05). We also observed this trend across age groups (487.14±70.01 pg/mL in younger patients vs 280.11±67.76 pg/mL in younger HCs,and 432.39±44.57 pg/mL in older patients vs 317.97±92.22 pg/mL in older HCs,respectively) (P<0.05). MAG was significantly lower in the younger HCs than in older HCs,whereas MDD showed the opposite relationship. Conclusion Our findings suggest that abnormal MAG may be an important factor in the onset of MDD,and its influence may vary with age.
