心内膜弹力纤维增生症的超声诊断及研究进展

摘要: 心内膜弹力纤维增生症(EFE)是胎儿或婴幼儿时期心内膜中胶原纤维和弹力纤维增生而导致心内膜增厚的一种疾病。超声是诊断EFE的首选方法,通过二维图像测量、多普勒分析、心功能的评价以及斑点追踪等方法可以对EFE做出准确诊断。本文对EFE的整体研究进展及超声诊断优势做出概述。

Abstract: Endocardial fibroelastosis(EFE) is a disease characterized by endocardial thickening caused by hyperplasia of collagen and elastic fibers in the endocardium of fetuses or infants. Ultrasonography is the primary modality used for the diagnosis of EFE. EFE can be accurately diagnosed using 2-dimensional image measurement,Doppler analysis,cardiac function evaluation,and speckle tracking echocardiography. We present an overview of the overall research advances in EFE,as well as the advantages of ultrasonographic diagnosis.
