经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效和安全性评价

Safety and Long-term Outcome of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

摘要: 采用经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折361例,穿刺成功率100%,术后48 h腰痛明显缓解并可下床活动330例,症状改善但仍无法下床活动31例。无因骨水泥外漏导致神经受压症状患者。随访6~24个月,症状完全缓解327例,部分缓解30例,总有效率98.89%。经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折的有效方法。
