Relationship between Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Monocytes and Inflammatory Cytokines

摘要: 多囊卵巢综合征是一种常见的内分泌紊乱性疾病,多发于育龄女性,可造成患者体征改变,影响其生活质量、生育情况,并且造成患者远期心脑血管疾病等的风险升高,影响寿命。目前大量研究表明,多囊卵巢综合征是一种慢性炎症反应,单核细胞及炎性细胞因子可能通过促进胰岛素抵抗等过程在其发生及进展中发挥了重要的作用。本文探讨了多囊卵巢综合征与单核细胞及炎性细胞因子的关系,以期为疾病研究提供新思路。

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common endocrine disorder disease,which occurs mostly in women of childbearing age. It can cause changes in the patients' vital signs,affect their quality of life and fertility,as well as increase the risk of long-term cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and even reduce their lifespan. At present,many studies have shown that polycystic ovary syndrome is a chronic inflammatory reaction,while monocytes and inflammatory cytokines may play an important role in the occurrence and progression of polycystic ovary syndrome by affecting the process of insulin resistance. This article explores the relationship between polycystic ovary syndrome and monocytes and inflammatory cytokines,in order to provide new ideas for disease research.
