外泌体调控受体细胞DNA甲基化的研究进展

Advances in Exosome Regulation of Recipient Cell DNA Methylation

摘要: DNA甲基化是重要的表观遗传学途径之一,可引起DNA构象、DNA稳定性及DNA与蛋白质相互作用方式等改变,从而影响基因的表达。外泌体是一类由多种细胞分泌,具有双层膜结构的细胞外囊泡,可通过转运相关生物活性因子至受体细胞,参与调控受体细胞DNA甲基化过程,影响受体细胞的生物学功能。本文对外泌体调控受体细胞DNA甲基化的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: As one of the earliest epigenetic pathways identified,DNA methylation can change DNA structure,stability,and interaction with proteins to affect gene expression. Exosomes are double-membraned extracellular vesicles secreted by a variety of cells. Some of the bioactive factors released by exosomes into recipient cells can regulate DNA methylation and thus influence their biological function. In this article,we review the advances made in the regulation of DNA methylation by bioactive factors released by exosomes.
