白细胞介素-1基因多态性与种植体周围炎的相关性

Association between Peri-Implantitis and Gene Polymorphism of Interleukin-1

摘要: 目的 探讨白细胞介素-1(IL-1)基因多态性与种植体周围炎的关系。方法 用生物信息学方法选择3个适合中国人群标记的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点,采用病例对照实验设计,将患者分为2组:PI组(种植体周围炎患者,n=116)和NPI组(无种植体周围炎患者,n=87)。采用PCR-RFLP方法对IL-1αIL-1βIL-1γn标记的SNP进行基因分型;比较各SNP基因型在2组患者中的分布特点。结果 IL-1α基因rs2856838位点AA基因型患者与GG基因型比较,发生种植体牙周炎的风险增高(P < 0.05),其他基因分布比较无统计学差异(P > 0.05)。结论 IL-1α基因rs2856838位点AA基因型与种植体周围炎的发生具有相关性。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between gene polymorphism of interleukin (IL) -1 and peri-implantitis. Methods A case-control experimental design was used in this study. Moreover,using a bioinformatics analysis,we selected three tagged single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) suitable for the Chinese population. Patients with peri-implantitis (n=116) and 87 patients without peri-implantitis were included. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to tag SNP of IL-1α,IL-1β,and IL-1γn. Results The rs2856838 locus of the AA genotype of IL-1α was associated with a higher risk of implant periodontitis than the GG genotype. There was no statistical difference between the two groups with regard to the other SNP. Conclusion The AA genotype of rs2856838 is associated with periprosthetic inflammation.
