膀胱癌中p53诱导基因3的表达及意义

摘要: 目的探讨膀胱癌组织中p53 诱导基因3(PIG3)的表达在膀胱癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫印迹(Westernblot)法,对40 例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织标本中PIG3 的表达进行检测。其中男27 例,女13 例,年龄42~87 岁,平均年龄59 岁。临床分期T118例,T213 例,T39例。复发性膀胱癌7 例。15 例非肿瘤膀胱组织作对照。结果15 例非肿瘤膀胱组织PIG3 蛋白表达积分吸光度值141.8±11.9;T1与T2垣T3期膀胱癌组织中PIG3 蛋白表达积分吸光度值分别为75.4±12.5,32.1±5.4,组间比较差异有统计学意义( P< 0.05)。复发性膀胱癌PIG3蛋白表达积分吸光度值为42.7±6.2。结论PIG3 与膀胱癌发生发展有关,检测膀胱癌组织中PIG3 蛋白表达可以作为评估膀胱癌进展程度的一种指标。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the expression of PIG3 in bladder carcinoma and to investigate its clinical and pathological implications.Methods We detected the expression of PIG3 in 40 cases(27 men and 13 women)of bladder carcinoma and 15 cases of non tumor blad-der tissues(controls)by Western blot method. The mean age of the 40 cases at diagnosis was 59 years. The clinical staging showed T1 in 18cases,T2 in 13 cases and T3 in 9 cases.,7 cases were relapsed in all 40 cases. Results The level of PIG3 protein was 141.8±11.9 in non tumor bladder tissues. The level of PIG3 protein in T1 and T2+T3 cases of bladder carcinoma were 75.4±12.5 and 32.1±5.4,respectively,which showed a trend of decreasing. There was a statistically significant difference between these two groups( P<0.05). The level of PIG3 protein in cases of relapse was 42.7±6.2. Conclusion PIG3 might play an essential role in bladder carcinogenesis and serve as a marker for prognosis of bladder carcinoma.
