电疗“关元穴”对自然围绝经期大鼠卵巢功能影响的研究

Effect of Electrical Stimulation of Guanyuan Point on the Ovary of Perimenopausal Rats

摘要: 目的 探讨电疗“关元穴”对围绝经期大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法 阴道涂片法筛选围绝经期综合征雌性SD大鼠。选择频率2.5 Hz,强度2 V,连续波,给予大鼠“关元穴”经皮电刺激。采用电化学发光免疫分析法检测大鼠血清雌激素(E)水平,组织学方法观察卵巢组织学结构变化,计数各级卵泡数。结果 与对照组比较,电疗“关元穴”30 mind、20 mind,连续刺激10 d显著提高围绝经期大鼠血清E水平(P0.05),促进卵巢初级卵泡数量增加(P0.05)。结论 电疗“关元穴”能改变围绝经期综合征大鼠分泌雌激素的功能,影响卵巢卵泡发育。

Abstract: Abstract Objective To observe the effect of electrical stimulation of Guanyuan point on the ovary of perimenopausal rats. Methods Female SD rats with perimenopausal syndrome examined by vaginal smear were chosen and given transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on Guanyuan point by continuous wave of 2.5Hz frequency and 2V intensity. Electrochemiluminescence immunity assay (ECLIA) was applied to detect the estrogen (E) levels in the serum of perimenopausal rats. The changes of ovarian tissue were observed and the number of follicles at all levels was counted by histology. Results The E levels in the serum of perimenopausal rats and the number of ovarian primary follicles were increased with the electrical stimulation on Guanyuan point after 10 days with 30minday and 20minday compared with the control group (p0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on Guanyuan point can increase the secretion function of rats with perimenopausal syndrome and affect the follicular development.
