球囊扩张术建立幼兔动脉狭窄模型的可行性研究

摘要: 目的 建立幼兔髂动脉狭窄模型。方法:新西兰大白兔70只,(60±15)d,随机分为手术组、假手术组、正常组,手术组采用球囊扩张损伤髂动脉内皮,观察其术后管腔面积,内、中膜面积变化情况,并计算其术后狭窄率。结果:与正常组相比,手术组术后4周狭窄率高达80.24%。术后内膜、中膜面积明显高于正常组(P<0.001)。假手术组与正常组相比无显著统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:球囊损伤可用于建立幼兔髂动脉狭窄模型,为进一步的临床研究提供实验基础。

Abstract: Objective To establish the model of iliac artery stenosis in young New Zealand rabbit. Methods Seventy rabbits, aged 60±15 days, were randomly divided into operated group, sham-operated group,and the normal group. The vascular endothelial linings of the rabbits' iliac artery in the operated group were injured with balloon expansion through the femoral artery. The lumen area, lining area and membrane area were measured after the surgery. The narrow rate was calculated in the meantime. In sham-operated group, the rabbits' femoral artery were exposed only. Results Compared with the control group, the lining area and membrane area in the operated group were significantly higher (P<0.001). Compared with the control group, the sham-operated group showed no obvious statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to establish a young rabbit model of iliac artery stenosis with intra-operative balloon expansion.
