SP100基因在鼻咽癌中的表达

Expression of SP100 Gene in Human Nasopharyngeal Cancer

摘要: 目的 探讨SP100基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平及其意义。方法 选取62例鼻咽癌组织及对应的癌旁黏膜组织标本,应用RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测标本中SP100基因mRNA和蛋白的表达情况。结果 与癌旁黏膜组织相比,鼻咽癌组织中的SP100基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达存在明显下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SP100基因的表达改变与鼻咽癌相关,是一个新的候选的肿瘤抑制基因。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of SP100 gene in human nasopharyngeal cancer and its significance. Methods Sixty two samples of nasopharygeal cancer and paired normal mucosa were selected to detect the expression of mRNA and protein by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results Compared with paired mucosa, the expression of SP100 mRNA and protein presented an obvious down-regulation in nasopharyngeal tissues; and there was a statistic difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion There was a relationship between the expression changes of SP100 gene and nasopharyngeal cancer, and SP100 might be a novel candidate tumor suppressor gene.
