人类核转录因子红细胞系2p45相关因子2和人类线粒体转录因子A在前列腺癌中的表达和意义

摘要: 目的 检测前列腺癌组织标本中人类核转录因子红细胞系2p45相关因子2(Nrf2)、人类线粒体转录因子A (TFAM)的表达, 并分析其表达与Gleason评分的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学S-P法检测40例前列腺癌组织标本中Nrf2与TFAM的表达,应用Spearman correlation coefficients统计方法分析Gleason评分与Nrf2、TFAM表达强度的关系。结果 Nrf2和TFAM的表达均与Gleason评分正相关(P值为0.0052,0.0003); Nrf2与TFAM的表达也有相关性(P=0.0006)。结论 Nrf2与TFAM是前列腺癌恶性程度的相关因素之一,Nrf2与TFAM很可能通过同一机制参与前列腺癌的发生发展过程。

Abstract: Objective To detect the expressions of nuclear factor erythroid-2p45 related factor 2 (Nrf2) and mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) and to analyze the relationship between their expressions and the Gleason score. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to check the expressions of Nrf2 and TFAM in 40 prostate cancer samples. The Spearman correlation coefficient statistic method was used to analyze the relationship between its expressions and the Gleason score. Results Both the expressions of Nrf2 and TFAM were correlated with the Gleason score. At the same time, Nrf2 expression was also related with TFAM expression. Conclusion Both Nrf2 and TFAM are involved in the progress of prostate carcinoma. And they may get involved in the development of prostate cancer through the same mechanism.
