花青素协同葡萄糖醛酸对辐射大鼠肝功能的影响

摘要: 目的观察花青素与葡萄糖醛酸(GA)联合对辐射大鼠肝功能的影响。方法本实验设4组,即正常对照组、损伤对照组、花青素组、花青素+GA组(联合组),每组10只大鼠。花青素组在常规饲料基础上添加1%的花青素,联合组添加1%的花青素和5%的GA,各组自由进食。10d后,除正常对照组外,其余大鼠均接受3Gy的^50Co-#x003b3;全身一次性照射,照射后第7天每组随机各取8只存活大鼠取血处死,检测清蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和总胆红素(TB),同时记录实验期大鼠饮食情况及体质量变化。结果受辐照后大鼠体质量明显下降,联合组体质量减少率显著低于辐射对照组和花青素组(P<0.01),而花青素组与辐射对照组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。辐射损伤后,大鼠血清ALB下降,GPT、GOT、TB活力增加。联合组ALB显著高于辐射对照组(P<0.05),花青素组和联合组GPT、GOT、TB活力显著低于辐射对照组(P<0.05)。各组指标不同性别大鼠间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论花青素和GA联合作用可减轻辐射对大鼠肝功能的损害,有效改善肝功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the combined effect of anthocyanin and glucuronic acid (GA) on the liver function of irradiated rats. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups (N=10),namely normal control group,injury group,anthocyanins,and anthocyanin + GA (joint) group. 1% anthocyanins was added in conventional feed in anthocyanin group,1% of anthocyanins and 5% GA was added in cunited group. 10 days later,rats,in addition to the normal control group,received 3Gy ^50Co-gamma irradiated. Seventh days after irradiation,8 rats in each group were sacrificed and blood was collected; albumin (ALB),alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TB) was detected. Meanwhile,the changes of rat diet and weight were recorded . Results The body weight of rats serious declined after irradiation ,the decreased body weight was significantly lower in combination group than the control group and radiation group (P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance difference between anthocyanin group and radiation control group. After radiation injury,rat serum ALB decreased,GPT,GOT,and TB activity increased. The ALB level in combined group was significantly higher than that in the radiation group (P<0.05),GPT,GOT,and TB activity was significantly lower in anthocyanin group and combined group than the control group (P<0.05). No statistically significant difference was observed in rats with different gender. Conclusion The combined use of anthocyanins and glucuronic acid can reduce the liver function damage effect of radiation in rat.
