星形细胞肿瘤发生的分子生物学机制及与DEKmRNA表达的相关性研究

Molecule Mechanism Study of Astrocytuma Occurrence and its Correlation with DEK mRNA Expression

摘要: 目的探讨DEKmRNA的表达与星形细胞肿瘤发生、发展的关系及星形细胞肿瘤发生的分子生物学机制。方法应用RT-PCR技术检测各级别星形细胞肿瘤组织及正常脑组织中DEKmRNA的表达水平。结果低级别、高级别星形细胞肿瘤组织及正常脑组织中DEKmRNA的表达阳性率分别为20.0%、85.7%、100.0%,;DEKmRNA相对含量分别为:低级别肿瘤组织0.71#x000b1;0.07,高级别肿瘤组织0.84#x000b1;0.06,正常脑组织0.19#x000b1;0.02。DEKmRNA在肿瘤组织中的表达水平显著高于正常脑组织(P<0.05)。结论DEKmRNA的表达与星形细胞肿瘤的发生、发展呈显著正相关,它的过表达是星形细胞肿瘤的重要分子生物学特征。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between DEK mRNA expression and occurrence and development of astrocytoma,and investigate the molecule mechanism of astrocytic tumors occurrence. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique was employed to detect the levels of expression of DEK mRNA in astrocytoma tissues and brain tissues. Results The rate of positive expression of DEK mRNA was 85.7% in low grade astrocytoma,100.0% in high grade astrocytoma and 20.0% in brain tissues; The relative content of DEK mRNA was 0.71#x000b1;0.07 in low astrocytoma,0.84#x000b1;0.06 in hight astrocytoma,0.19#x000b1;0.02 in normal brain tissues; The expression of DEK in astrocytoma was significantly highter than
