IL-10-1082基因多态性与中国人胃癌遗传易感性关系的荟萃分析

A Meta-analysis on Association between Polymorphism of IL-10-1082 and Chinese Gastric Cancer

摘要: 目的系统评价白细胞介素10-1082(IL-10-1082)基因多态性与中国人群胃癌遗传易感性之间的关联性。方法检索Pubmed数据库、EMBASE数据库、万方数据库、CNKI数据库等发表的有关IL-10-1082基因多态性与胃癌发病风险的文献,应用ReviewManager4.2软件进行分析,得到合并的优势比(OR)和95%可信区间(95%CI)。结果共纳入IL-10-1082A/G多态性相关文献15篇,累计病例2327例,对照3447例,并得到IL-10基因的多态位点1082等位基因G的OR值(95%CI)为1.66(1.33~2.07)。结论IL-10-1082G/A遗传位点与中国人群胃癌发病危险存在关联性。

Abstract: Objective To explore the association between IL-10-1082 polymorphism and gastric cancer in Chinese population. Methods The case-control studies on both IL-10-1082 polymorphism and GC risk were searched through Pubmed, EMBASE, Wanfang, and CNKI et al, and data from identified studies was collected. Review Manager 4.2 was applied for the calculation of pooled OR(95%CI)of GC. Results Totally 15 case-control studies were identified in the analysis, including 2327 GC cases and 3447 controls. The pooled Odds Ratios(95%CI)of IL-10-1082 is 1.66(1.33~2.07). Conclusion IL-10-1082 G/A SNP is associated with GC risk in Chinese population.
