IGFBP3表达在急性髓系白血病中的意义

Significance of Insulin?like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3 Expression in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

摘要: 目的 探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP3)在急性髓系白血病(AML)的表达及临床意义。方法 应用ELISA法检测32例初治组、22例完全缓解组(CR)AML患者血清IGFBP3蛋白水平。结果 初治组的IGFBP3血清蛋白水平均低于CR组和对照组(P < 0.05),CR组与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P > 0.05)。结论 IGFBP3可能作为一种具有抑癌作用的蛋白在AML的发病中起到一定的作用,完全缓解后蛋白表达水平恢复,可能成为一种评估临床疗效的指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of insulin?like growth factor binding protein 3(IGFBP3) in acute myeloid leukemia and explore its significance. Methods Serum IGFBP3 protein levels were detected in 32 cases of De novo group and 22 cases of CR group. Results IGFBP3 serum level of the De novo group were significantly lower than that of CR group and control group (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the CR group and normal control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion IGFBP3 may play a role as a tumor suppressor in the pathogenesis of AML,its protein expression level recovers after complete remission,which could be used as an indicator for evaluating clinical curative effect.
